Break: 10:30-11am
Session 2: 11-11:45am - Teaching and Guided Meditation
Break: 11:45-12pm
Session 3: 12-12:45pm -Teaching and Guided Meditation includes a short Q&A
No previous experience necessary. Everyone is welcome.
