About This Series
We are continuing our exploration of the main meditations that make up the stages of the spiritual path. Based on Geshe Kelsang Gyatsoβs book The New Meditation Handbook, Alexandra will guide us through the 21 meditations, step by step, that comprise the stages of the path to enlightenment. In particular, we are looking at the meditations designed to help us create lasting happiness and freedom, as well as the initial meditations for improving our relationships with others. These meditations do so much more than help us to become calmer and more centered. Rather, they help us recontextualize our lives, opening us up to the extraordinary potential of our mind that exists within all of us.
No previous experience necessary. Everyone is welcome.
