About This Series

So often in our interactions with others, we find ourselves experiencing feelings of hurt, rejection, and not being heard, which can lead to anger and rage towards others. Join us for our Summer Series, where Alexandra will show how, by applying Buddha’s extraordinary insight into ‘no self,’ we free ourselves from taking things so personally. This in turn opens us up to a much more flexible and lighthearted way of responding to difficulties. Not only does this greatly improve the quality of our life, but it also allows us to transform problems and conflicts into opportunities for great spiritual growth.

No previous experience necessary. Everyone is welcome.
