The half-day silence is perfect for dipping your toes into a silent retreat. It gives us enough time to settle into silence and focus during a short retreat.
With three guided sessions, we can develop inner peace and gain meditation experience in a short time. This is perfect for those who want to take a break for just a day and enjoy the peaceful environment at Meditation in Harlem.
Everyone is welcome - beginners and experienced practitioners!

Session 1: 9:30-10:30am - Introduction, Teaching, and Guided Meditation
Break: 10:30-11am - Teaching and Guided Meditation
Session 2: 11-11:45am - Teaching and Guided Meditation
Break: 11:45-12pm
Session 3: 12-12:45pm - includes a short Q&A
No previous experience necessary. Everyone is welcome.
